UQVislab provides prebuilt software packages for a number of projects and distributions. Details of OptIPortal related software for Slackware and Slackware64 from the UQVislab repository are provided here.
Similar packages for other distributions (esp. Debian & Ubuntu) are already available from their usual repositories.

Ordinary downloads, for those wishing to install them using standard installpkg or upgradepkg commands, are available for 32bit or 64bit Slackware at:

Using slapt-get
Automatic runtime dependency resolution and download is supported through the use of slapt-get software. Prebuilt packages are available in the UQVislab repo directories listed above (slapt-get-0.10.1a is the current version). It is highly recommended to also install the slaptgetwrapper package from the same directory.
After slapt-get has been installed, the UQVislab repository must be added to the list of software SOURCEs in slapt-get's configuration. Edit the /etc/slapt-get/slapt-getrc file, adding one of the following lines (depending on the host machine architecture):
SOURCE=http://www.vislab.uq.edu.au/slackware64/13.0/
orSOURCE=http://www.vislab.uq.edu.au/slackware/13.0/
From now on, we assume that slaptgetwrapper has also been installed. If not, you'll need to become root before running any slapt-get commands!
Now run:
sudo
slapt-get --update
and you're ready to install and remove packages with slapt-get. To see all the possibilities, run:
man
slapt-get
