If you are successful you will get a window that looks like this.

Depending on how familiar you are with the collections, you can search in four different ways:

eArchaeology Collection Manager: this looks like a file and directory browsers.
text search: you enter a keyword and the system will return any files that match your keyword.
advanced search: you can use simple boolean command by pointing and clicking to create a search pattern.
