Shared Scientific Software Applications for the AccessGrid

We are currently developing shared applications for the scientific community to be used collaboratively in the Access Grid environment: they include molecular modeling software, visualisation and GIS software.

High Definition Video for the AccessGrid

We are developing software tools to increase the video resolution available within the Accessgrid environment.

Virtual Filesystem for the AccessGrid

Accessing large data within the AccessGrid environment is a priority for shared applications. We are developing a virtual filesystem for the AccessGrid.

AccessGrid Toolkit ports to Linux

Ports to various Linux distributions (and FreeBSD) are being produced and made available to the AG community on an on-going basis, depending on new releases of the AG toolkit.

Documentation and Manuals

Several guides, installation manuals are available in the Software and Manuals section. Recent guides includes:

• XAP400 echo canceller configuration under Linux
• Using Xen to simulate a multi machine AG node
